• Convert all fonts into outlines
• If any JPGs or TIFs are added inside the file, be sure to include those images along with submission.
• Save files as: AI, EPS, or PDF.
  May also output Hi-Res JPG, or TIF (300 to 600 dpi)
• 4 Color Process; Spot Color Printing also available upon request.

Adobe Photoshop CS3 or lower

• Save file with 300 to 600 dpi (dots per inch)
• Save files as: TIF, JPG, PSD, or EPS

via Disk
(Postal Mail or Walk-in)

• A single, zipped file is not neccessary with a disk. Just make sure all files are added to disk before final submission to prevent further delays.
• Burn to a CD or DVD.
  Files may also be loaded onto a USB Flash drive, if needed. (See NOTE below)
  
• Shipping via delivery company will slightly slow down overall turn-around

• Because the security of your logos/brands are of utmost importance to us, we create an FTP login for every client. If you do not have an FTP login, please contact us and we will be more than happy to set one up for you!

Online File Upload

You may upload your file(s) using the RMCG Worldwide file upload form directly OR by browsing to the detailed display of the product for which you would like to upload your file(s).

• Enter your Company Name as well as your Contact Name and Email.
• If you get to the form directly, you will need to provide a reason for the upload. However, if you get to the form through a product link, you will not need to provide a reason.
• Locate your file(s) on your computer
• Leave us any comments, if available.
• Enter the Image Verification number
• Click "Upload"

Your files will then be uploaded to our server and an email will be submitted to our Art Department and Sales team.
